For the second consecutive year, Artur Paulo, an enduro rider, will receive support from Vila do Bispo Town Hall for the events he will participate in throughout 2025, with a sponsorship amount of €1,500.
As part of this agreement, the sponsorship contract between the athlete and the Town Hall, represented by its president, Rute Silva, was signed yesterday, 17 March, in the Town Hall’s main hall.
In return for this support, the rider is required to display the municipality’s logo or other promotional elements on his equipment and clothing during competitions, as well as in online promotions and media communications. He must also acknowledge the sponsorship from the Town Hall, thereby contributing to the promotion of the municipality.
Throughout 2024, the athlete competed for the first time in a competitive and point-scoring category, taking part in the National Hard Enduro Championship, where he secured 5th place overall. This championship consisted of five stages held in Vilar de Mouros, Valongo, Marco de Canaveses, Lamego, and Vila Real in March, September, October, November, and December, respectively.
For the athlete, the allocated amount represents significant financial assistance in covering his expenses, thereby increasing his motivation and performance in race preparation and improving his results in competitions.
