During the two-day event, visitors will have the opportunity to explore a wide range of destinations and experiences, from paradisiacal beaches to gastronomic tours, nature tourism, sports and adventure tourism, business tourism, rural tourism, ecotourism, wine tourism, health tourism, religious and cultural destinations—areas in which the Municipality of Faro has positioned itself as a leading national and international destination.
What to do
The event will feature interactive activities, workshops, lectures, conferences, and presentations on various destinations, offering an immersive experience into the latest trends and innovations in the tourism sector.
Northern Portugal is one of the main outbound markets for tourists visiting the Algarve region, and as the capital of the district, Faro aims to strengthen its territorial promotion strategy by showcasing its tourism potential. This includes its historical and natural heritage, with a special focus on Ria Formosa and its islands with stunning beaches, as well as nautical activities, gastronomy, culture, and leisure.
Faro’s participation will also promote the Faro Nautical Station and its associated partners through the digital platform www.nauticalfaro.com.
