Youth Orchestra

Recognising the merit of the work carried out by the Algarve Guitar Association in promoting access for children and young people residing outside the major urban centres to musical artistic training, the Lagos City Council decided to renew the existing cooperation agreement under the Algarve Youth Youth Orchestra.

For more than ten years, the ‘Guitars Youth Orchestra’ project has been working in Barão de São João, providing children and young people residing in Bensafrim and São João de Bensafrim and Barão de São João with a non-formal education response in the area of artistic training.In the last academic year there were 16 young people who, via this partnership, had the opportunity to integrate music learning classes, based on Classical Guitars, and to participate in activities and concerts held in various alarms.onlineI am not in a position to do anything about it, but it has not prevented your activity.

The Union of Bensafrim and Barão de São João is one of the active parts of this partnership, and it provides logistical support and dissemination to the project.
