The Formula 1 Portuguese Grand Prix 2027

Portugal will return to the FIA Formula 1 World Championship calendar from 18 to 20 June 2027, hosting the Portuguese Grand Prix at the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve in Portimão. The official confirmation from the FIA follows an agreement signed in December 2025, which also secures the race for the 2028 season.

Positioned at the start of the European season, the event will feature continuous on-track action over three days alongside week-long side activities. Regional tourism leaders and circuit officials expect a major economic boost, with an estimated impact of around €150 million across hospitality, retail, and local services, while showcasing Portugal to a global audience.

Official ticket sales launch on 21 September through portugalf1gp.com, with the initial phase offering three-day general admission, reserved grandstand seating, and hospitality options.
