Setting Sail: The 29th Marina de Vilamoura International Boat Show Returns
The 29th Marina de Vilamoura International Boat Show is set to return this summer, running from the 6th to the 14th of June 2026.
Organised by the Marina de Vilamoura in partnership with the Feira Internacional de Lisboa (FIL) and supported by the Municipality of Loulé, the event cements Vilamoura’s status as a premier international meeting point for the recreational boating industry in Southern Europe.
What to Expect
Because Vilamoura boasts the largest marina in the country, the event allows for vessels to be exhibited directly in the water, offering a spectacular real-world context and a uniquely interactive experience. Visitors can look forward to exploring around 100 impressive vessels from over 50 brands, presented by nearly 40 exhibitors. From exciting new boat launches and brokerage opportunities to the latest technological innovations, the show promises a highly dynamic commercial environment.
A Boost for the Local Community
Beyond the glittering yachts and marine technology, this event has been a massive driver for our local economy since its inception in 1997. The show is expected to attract over 100,000 visitors, with approximately half travelling internationally. This incredible influx of professionals, investors, and tourists provides a direct and welcome boost to local hospitality, tourism, and associated services – a fantastic benefit for the Algarve community we hold dear.
