TEDxPraça Gil Eanes Salon: Pitch Night
A special TEDx Salon focused on the art of public speaking, pitching, and sharing impactful ideas will take place on 21 November in Vilamoura. The event aims to explore what makes an idea worth sharing and what defines a great speaker.
During the evening, eight potential TEDx speakers will take the stage to deliver a three-minute pitch of their ideas to a live audience. A jury will make an initial selection, after which the audience will vote to choose one speaker who will officially take the stage at the main TEDx event scheduled for May.
In addition to the live pitches, attendees will view selected TED Talks on communication and public speaking, while former TEDx speakers share insights and lessons learned from their own stage experiences. Members of the public are invited to attend, listen, vote, and help select the next TEDx speaker.
