New Year’s Eve in Portimão

The farewell to 2025 and the arrival of the new year will begin to be celebrated on 30 December, starting at 10 p.m., on the Portimão riverfront, with the show ‘Revenge of the 2000s’.

‘Revenge of the 2000s’ will be a true road trip of nostalgia, with visuals full of Y2K vibes, epic gifts and a soundtrack ranging from The Sims to Hip-Hop, on a night hosted by the incomparable Luciana Abreu.

With the rhythms of this era still in the air, the following night, the 31st, will be enlivened from the same time by the hits of ‘Morangos com Açúcar’, celebrating 20 years of this television series.

“Cantar Morangos com Açúcar – 20 years” will feature all the hits from this well-known series and will include the participation of Edmundo Vieira and Paulo Vintém, two of the members of the band ’D’zrt‘, Diana Monteiro from ’Just Girls‘, FF, Luke d’Eça from ’4Taste”, TT, Mariiana, among other special guests.

At midnight, when the clock strikes twelve, the skies will be lit up by the usual fireworks display, launched from the riverside areas of Portimão and Alvor, as well as from the Praia da Rocha pier.
