Exhibition “Beyond Pain, Color”

Association “Dar Amor” marks Pink October with various initiatives

The opening of the painting exhibition “Beyond Pain, Color – colors that tell what the voice silences”, last October 4, marks the beginning of a series of initiatives organized by the Dar Amor Association to commemorate Pink October, taking place at Casa Manuel Teixeira Gomes.

The Association’s goal is to connect art with life, raising awareness and encouraging reflection on cancer, during a month dedicated to breast cancer prevention.

Other activities are also planned, including a book launch, an information session, and a workshop, which will take place throughout the month at the house honoring the patron of Portimão.

The program begins with this exhibition by Júlia Matos and Márcia Guilardi, whose works are composed not only of colors and shapes but also of stories, emotions, and hope.
