Our series of events were created and dedicated to empowering and supporting women in business. By bringing together like-minded professionals, we aim to build a strong, collaborative community where women can learn, grow and succeed together.

We are thrilled to have Izabella Soko as our lead speaker. Izabella is a leadership coach, breathwork facilitator and TEDx speaker dedicated to helping leaders, entrepreneurs and high achievers unlock their inner advantage by aligning body, mind and spirit. After experiencing burnout herself, she discovered that success without regulation is unsustainable. Today, she blends nervous system science, breathwork and mindset coaching to empower clients to lead with clarity, resilience and confidence. Her workshops, coaching programmes and talks invite participants to move beyond quick fixes and cultivate lasting inner transformation. Although based in Portugal, Izabella works internationally, guiding leaders to regulate their nervous systems, rewire beliefs, and rise into authentic, impactful leadership.
