Dance, Dance, Dance – New Year’s Concert
The Algarve Orchestra welcomes the new year with a concert full of energy, brilliance, and enthusiasm.
Under the direction and presentation of Martim Sousa Tavares, the program celebrates the orchestra’s vitality through 20th and 21st-century music, ranging from old Hungarian dances and melodies to the most unexpected sounds of dance, with a score by Pedro Lima that has already generated much discussion and will be heard in the Algarve for the first time.
