Work was fun, managing people was involved,
Contact Centres mostly, so much to solve,
Products varied from Insurance, telecoms, social housing gives you an idea,
Challenged to set them up from scratch sometimes, yep, no fear,
The Algarve beckoned for a better life,
Living in London, too much strife
Sharing experiences in writing, bring on the magazine,
Love to be part of the community, a well-oiled machine,
Music is a big love and will always get me engaged,
Peter Gabriel, David Sylvian and many more gives an idea of my age,
Involved in movies and pop videos in their early days,
Met Anthony Hopkins, nice guy, totally unfazed,
So the Algarve, I’m very glad to say, is now my home,
Hang up your boots, no longer need to roam.
