Always a keen story teller I started out writing and directing murder mysteries for unsuspecting diners in country houses and hotel restaurants in and around my home county of Rutland, England (well-known ‘victims’ included supermodel, ‘the body’, Elle Macpherson) I went on to be a producer of The Perrier Comedy Awards and then presenting an award-winning talk radio show in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates.

These days, you will find me in the forests around Monchique guiding hikes and forest bathing walks with Forest Bathing Algarve and running Nature Therapy Workshops via The Nature Pod. I also produce a podcast of the same name sharing people’s stories of wellbeing and nature connection.

I have been lucky to interview many interesting people over the years: Jane Goodall, Cat Stevens, Gordon Ramsay to name a few, and my work has taken me all over the world. Nothing makes me happier though, than walking the mountain trails or along the coastal paths of the Algarve meeting people who live here or are visiting. It brings awe, beauty and a tranquillity without having to go very far, we have it all on our doorstep. It’s a pleasure to share my love of nature and good food via Tomorrow Algarve connecting with the local community and beyond.
