Ann has been living in the Algarve since 2004, working as a Health & Wellbeing Coach.  She is a Yoga Teacher and Personal Trainer at Fit2loveLife. Being a woman in her 50s, she also has a passion for supporting women in midlife.  

When she is not working, you will find Ann walking her dogs on the golf course or at the beach.  She loves being outdoors in nature, enjoying all that the western Algarve has to offer.  Golf is a big part of her life, and she works with golfers of all levels to help with their fitness, mobility and to reduce injuries and handicaps. 

She is passionate about health and well-being, creating a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.  She does not believe in quick fixes or fads or that exercise is the preserve of the young.  She believes that we all need to find a way that works for us individually, to allow us to continue to move freely, to nourish our bodies with healthy, nutrient-dense food, to keep our bodies strong as we age and enable us to be fit to love our lives. 

Ann has been writing for Tomorrow since its inception and loves sharing her thoughts and ideas with the readers.
