Vila do Bispo Municipal Council signs protocol with M.A.R. – Maresia Recreational Association.
The Vila do Bispo Municipal Council has granted 115 thousand euros to M.A.R. – Maresia Recreational Association to co-finance the second edition of the Sea Fair, which will take place from 6 – 8 September in Sagres.
The collaboration protocol that defines the terms of this support was signed on 18 July by the president of the Municipal Council, Rute Silva, and the president of M.A.R. – Maresia Recreational Association, Samuel Inês.
Similar to the previous edition, this year’s program includes a series of activities, including water sports, music, lectures, workshops, show cooking, gastronomy, handicrafts, and food and drinks.
The Municipal Council’s objectives in granting this financial support include boosting and recognizing the importance of associations that contribute to the diversification of sports, cultural, and recreational offerings in the municipality.
